Real Exam Experience
The mock tests provide children with the opportunity to experience the time pressures and conditions of exam components, helping them build confidence and familiarity for their actual exam day.
Key Skills Practice:
Children practice listening to instructions, managing time constraints, and overcoming nerves to help them feel calm and prepared for the big day.
Flexible Mock Options:
Mock tests are held in April and June, with three separate sessions featuring distinct exam papers. Students can choose to attend one, two, or all three sessions.
Quick Feedback:
Within 48 hours, the completed papers are analysed, and a detailed report is sent to parents.
Comprehensive Analysis:
Report includes a breakdown of each subject by domain, knowledge and question type, along with statistical results and accompanying narrative.
Actionable Guidance:
Report provides an insight into qualification chances for grammar or super-selective schools, identifies borderline results, and offers suggestions for further study and focus.
What to Expect on the Day
Each child will be allocated a designated seat for the duration of the morning. Each test will be administered in the same order as the Kent Test, following set timings with one break between the English/Maths paper and the reasoning paper where there is an opportunity to have a snack, take on water and use the toilet.
The test being used is a recent Kent Test and we will be following the invigilation process so all equipment will be provided.
